Ingredients
- Several large mushroom caps, stems off (chop them)
- 1 package mild sausage
- 12 oz shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 - 1/2 cp bread crumbs
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients except caps and cheese
Stuff the mix into the caps.
Top with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes
