Horseradish Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse softened butter in a food processor with chives, horseradish, salt and lemon zest until smooth. Scrape the butter onto plastic wrap or parchment, wrap and shape into a log. Chill until firm. Slice and serve over grilled steak.
