Ingredients
- 12 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 c Dijon-style mustard
- 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 sandwich pickle slices
- 8 oz cooked pork, shredded, about 2 1/2 cups
- 6 ox sliced ham, 8 slices
- 4 oz sliced Swiss cheese, 8 slices
- 1-2 T butter

Step 1
Spread 8 slices of bread with mustard. Sprinkle with cilantro. Layer pickle slices & shredded pork on 4 slices. top each with a plain slice. Layer ham & cheese, & remaining bread slices-mustard side down. Press sandwiches together.
In 12" skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Plae sandwiches in skillet an weight down with another large skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes, turn and cook 3-5 minutes more, adding butter if needed.
