Ingredients

  • 8 Lady Fingers
  • 4 Ounces Espresso
  • 1 Ounce Frangelico
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Nutella
  • ½ Cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • Cocoa Powder to Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a 5x5 Casserole Pan lay the four of the lady fingers down.
In a Small Sauté pan, over medium heat add Frangelico and flambé. Quickly remove from heat.
Mix with espresso.
Drizzle half the espresso mixture over lady fingers.
In Kitchen aid mixer add heavy cream. With the whisk attachment slowly begin whipping.
Add Vanilla extract and whip until soft peaks form.
Add Mascarpone Cheese and Nutella and whip until firm peaks.
Layer half the whipped cream mixture over lady fingers in casserole dish
Add four remaining lady fingers to casserole dish in the opposite direction of previous ones and
drizzle with remaining espresso mixture.
Add remaining whipped cream on top and smooth with a spatula.
Dust with cocoa powder to finish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
