Bopbo Brownies

Ingredients

• 2-1/2 c flour
• 2-1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1-3/4 c packed brown sugar
• 1-1/2 sticks butter, softened
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 oz white chocolate morsels

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.

Gradually add flour mixture.

Stir in morsels.

Spread into a greased 15x10 jelly roll pan. (we usually just use a 13x9 baking dish).

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

Cool in pan.
