Ingredients
- Hot strong black coffee
- 1 tsp brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1/4 cup whipping cream, lightly whipped

Preparation
Step 1
Warm 8 oz glass with hot tap water. Discard water and fill glass 7/8ths full with coffee. Add sugar and whiskey and stir until sugar dissolves. Gently pour cream over back of spoon so it floats on top of coffee.
