Ingredients

  • 1 pound of finely sliced philly style beef
  • 1 whole onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green jalapeno fine sliced
  • olive oil to saute vegetables
  • 1/4 cup of Gordos caso cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmasen
  • garlic salt to season to likings
  • 4 subs
  • mayo

Preparation

Step 1

saute vegetable in light oil

cook meat and season with garlic salt.
once meat is browned, add vegetables and mix.

then add the caso sauce and parmesan and mix

toast the buns in the oven on broil till lightly toasted and put mayo on while subs are still hot.

top with meat and vegy mix and serve.
