Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T water
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sweet pickles with juice
- 1 8 oz cans pineapple slices packed in juice

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine gr beef, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs n skillet. Drain pineapple slices, reserving syrup. Add syrup, pickles and juice to skillet.
dissolve the cornstarchg with 1 T water. Gradually add to skillet mixture, cooking and stirring until gravy boils and thickens. Add pineapple slices, cover and cook 5 minutes until heated through. Serves 4
