- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- 4 teaspoons minced sweet red peppers
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 hard rolls
- 3/4 pound packaged roast beef
- 8 slices red onion
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 8 slices tomato
