Ingredients
- 3 lbs. round steak cut into 1" cubes
- 1/4 tea. oregano
- 1 diced onion
- 1/4 tea. cumin
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 1/4 tea. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. Mansmith Original Grilling Spice
- clove garlic, minced
- 1 15 oz. Spanish style stewed tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet brown meat with onion, bullion cubes and the Mansmith Original grilling Spice. This will bring out the moisture in the meat, add 1 or 2 cups of water to cover meat and bring to a boil
Add bay leaf, cover and simmer at low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Uncover, add the Spanish style stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and remainder of the seasonings. Simmer to desired consistency.
