Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margerine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream together margerine and sugar; add egg and beat well.
2. Mix in dry ingredients, gently, and then stir in milk.
3. Dust blueberries with flour (about 1/2-1 Tbsp) and fold into batter.
4. Spoon into 12 greased or papered muffin cups, 2/3 full, and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Do not overmix or muffins will be tough.
