  • 3 cups rhubarb, cut up
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour

Step 1

Directions:

1 Combine the rhubarb, one cup sugar, egg, 2 tablespoons flour and mace and spread into a deep pie plate.

2 Combine the remaining ingredients to make a crumbly mixture.

3 Cover the rhubarb with this mixture.

4 Bake at 375 F for about 45 to 50 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender.

5 Serve warm with cream.
