- 1 1/2 CUPS DICED CELERY
- 1/2 CUP SLICED ALMONDS
- 1 CUP MAYO
- 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE

- 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
- 1 SMALL CAN WATER CHESTNUTS ..DRAIN 1/2 THE LIQUID
- CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS
- GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT POTATO CHIPS AND PARMESAN CHEESE) TOGETHER TIL WELL BLENDED. POUR IN BAKING DISH. TOP WITH POTATO CHIPS AND PARMESAN CHEESE. BAKE AT 300* TIL BUBBLY (ABOUT AN HOUR).
