Ingredients
- 8-10 potatoes
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and mash potatoes with just a little milk.
Drop in cream cheese, cut in pieces.
Add sour cream.
Beat until smooth and quite thin. (might have to add a little milk). Add garlic salt and mix well.
Put into baking dish - dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 350F for 30 minutes.
