  • 2 tablespoons Market Day Old Towne Chicago rub

Pre-heat oven to 400. Break eggs into medium mixing bowl- whisk thoroughly. In second medium mixing bowl, combine crushed chips and seasoning-dry-whish thoroughly. dip one chicken breast in egg mix. Remove. Dip coated chicken breast in crushed chip mix and ocat thoroughly. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Repeat. Place baking sheet on middle rack in oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes to an internal chicken temperature of 165.
