DIVINE!!! Sauce good for pork, chicken or beef satay, beef teriyaki sticks and Vietnamese rice paper rolls.

Ingredients
- 2-4 T chicken or veggie broth (or water)
- 3 T peanut butter
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar or honey
- 1 T rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1-2 t grated fresh ginger
- 1 t sesame oil (optional)
- 1/4 -1/2 t curry paste (optional)

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or jar and whiz or shake until smoother. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
