Ingredients
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/2 c worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c sake
- 2 tbs minced fresh ginger root
- 2 tbs minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c mirin (rice cooking wine)

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in stainless steel sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Reduce to a simmer for 25-30 minutes skimming any foam that rises to the top. Chill and refrigerate. Lasts 4 to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
