Ingredients

1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
9 " unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. combined grated Swiss & Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
5 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. light cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and onion; drain. Mix cheese and sausage and sprinkle in bottom of pie crust. Lightly beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Pour in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
