- 1/2 banana or 3/4 cup berries
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon ground psyllium husk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 600 mg fish oil (break open capsules and put in)
- 3 ice cubes
