Chocolate Potato Cake

• 1 c. butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. mashed potatoes
• 2 oz melted chocolate
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cream of tarter
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 cup dates
• 1 cup nuts
• ** Frosting **
• 1 package cream cheese
• 2 oz chocolate (melted)
• 2 c. powder sugar
• 2 or 3 Tbsp milk

Step 1

Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
