  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Step 1

Beat eggs, add coconut and condensed milks. Beat for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a 9" cake pan mix brown sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until thick. Coat sides of pan. Pour milky liquid into coated pan. Immerse pan in water. Cook on stove (medium heat) or in 350° F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Turn pan upside down onto plate. Let cool and serve cold.
