Ingredients
- Four lean pork chops -- 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork chops.
Brown chops in skillet over medium heat.
Drain excess oil.
Mix soup, milk and water. Simmer until warm.
Put chops in casserole dish and cover with soup mixture.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
