Lemon Bars

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • Crust
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 t. lemon zest
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 T. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350, line square pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Combine crust ingredients. Press into pan, bake until golden about 18 minutes.
Whisk together filling ingredients until smooth. Pour on top of baked crust. Bake until center is golden and begins to come away from side of pan, about 25 minutes.
