Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Aluminum foil
- .........................
- Potatoes, sliced
- Carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
- Onions, sliced
- Kielbasa, sliced diagonally
- Butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large squares of heavy duty (or regular foil, doubled) foil sprayed with PAM, layer potatoes, carrots, onion slices and kielbasa slices.
2. Dot with butter generously and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Grill on direct heat, grill top down, for 45 minutes, turning once.
4. Poke a knife through the foil into the vegetables to test doneness.
I like the meat and vegetables well cooked and browned....even a little charred on the edges.
