- 4 ounces of flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Make dough by mixing flour, sugar, butter, yellow of eggs, vanilla and almonds.
3. Roll dough and cut about 20 cookies.
4. Put on a greased and floured cookie sheet.
5. Spread the beaten egg on them and bake for 7 minutes
