Ingredients
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard, plus more
- 1/4 cup organic mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice
- a drizzle of honey
- 1 half small red cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 uncured buffalo hot dogs
- red butter lettuce, leaves removed whole

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayo, honey, jalapeno juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Combine cabbage, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and carrot in a larger bowl. Pour mayo mixture into cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Broil or grill hot dogs until done. Serve with lettuce wraps and whole grain mustard, and slaw on the side.
