Ingredients
- 1-1/4 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix (lower sodium)
- 1 (15 ounce) can Bush's Chili beans (medium chili sauce, not mild), drained and rinsed
- 1/2-3/4 can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- Several generous shakes Hot Sauce
- 8-10 Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium high heat and add taco seasoning, beans, and remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
3. Line a 13x9 inch dish with 4-5 torn tortillas. Then make a layer with the meat mixture.Top with half the cheese. Make another row of 4-5 tortillas, then finish off with rest of meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes.
DELICIOUS!!! Serve with Salad of Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions -- topped with Catalina Dressing & Fried Tortilla Strips
