QUICK FRUIT SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients
- 4 kiwifruit,peeled and sliced
- 1 grapefruit,peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup cantaloupe, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large apple,sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh orange juice or pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- a pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, add water,lemon juice,orange juice,sugar,lime zest, honey and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Then remove from the heat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least overnight.
Slice and dice all fruits except grapes.
Add all fruits and cinnamon powder in a large bowl.
Then add dressing in it.
Mix well.
Chill fruit salad before serving at least 4 hours.
Sprinkle fresh mint leaves onto it.
Easy Fruit Salad is ready to serve!
