Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

• 2 tubes crescent rolls
• 1 egg, seperated
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 c sugar, divided
• 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.
Spray 9x13 pam. Unroll one crescent dough in bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese, 3/4 sugar, vanilla & egg. Spread on dough in pan. Unroll second dough & place on cheese mixture. Spread egg white on top. Mix 1/4 c sugar & cinnamon; sprinkle on egg white.
Bake 30 minutes. May cover with foil to prevent overbrowning.

Note: may add chopped nuts to top also.
