- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 ⁄3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dark rum

Directions
In a medium bowl, place chocolate. In a small saucepan, combine cream and butter. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat, and stir in rum. Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate; let stand for 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Use immediately.
