Ingredients

  • c. chunky peanut butter

  • c. flaked coconut

  • 2

    tblsp dry milk

  • 2

    tblsp semisweet choc chips

  • coconut for rolling

Directions

Mix peanut butter, dry milk & choc. chips together in a bowl Break off tablesp size chunks and roll between palms to form balls Place a handful of add't coconut insmall bowl Dip and roll each ball to coat evenly. Place on tray in freezer to set - 1/2 hour transfer to zip loc bag & store in frig. or ice chest for hiking
