Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium carrots diced
- 1 large yellow onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 spigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs sage
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 28 oz can plum tomatoes
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions garlic and carrots about 9 minutes or until softened. Add herbs and cook until wilted. Stir in wine and cook until reduced by half. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil and cook for one hour. Prepare pasta and serve with parmigiana. And fresh parsley.
