Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c cornflakes
- 3 3/4 c cold milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 300. Spread cornflakes on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until toasted. Let cool completely.
Transfer cooled cornflakes to a large pitcher. Pour milk into pitcher and stir. Let steep for 20 minutes at room temp.
Strain through a sieve, collecting milk in a medium bowl. Use back of a ladle to push milk from cornflake mush.
Whisk in brown sugar and salt until dissolved. Store in fridge, up to 1 week.
