Ingredients
- 1.75 cups cake flour
- 1.25 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, room temp (in pieces)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cereal milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c bourbon
- 1-2 c cornflake crunch

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, mix together eggs, cereal milk, vanilla and bourbon.
In mixer bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add butter in pieces and mix until blended. Add wet mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in 1 cup cornflake crunch.
Scoop into cupcake pans, and top each with a bit more cornflake crunch before baking. Bake 15-18 minutes.
