White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookies 0 Picture


  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, halved(1 jar)
  • 2 cups chunk white chocolate
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups flour



Step 1

Soften butter and cream with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and mix well with sugar and butter mixture. Fold in nuts and white chocolate. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 min. until firm and pale brown. Let cookies set a while before removing from the cookie sheet.
