Ingredients
- Peaches
- 1/4 C water
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1/2 C brandy

Step 1
Just slice up the peaches with skins on. Put them in a saucepan.
In the microwave or another little saucepan put about 1/4 C. water and sugar to taste, not too much if the peaches are flavorful.. like a couple of tablespoons.
Melt the sugar in the water and pour over peaches. Cook peaches turning occasionally until the consistency you want, I like them still a bit crisp but they are great well cooked too.
Take off the heat and pour 1/2 C. brandy over, toss and cover. Put in fridge and they are great for about two weeks.
