  • 40 vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 13.4 oz can Dulce de Leche
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Step 1

Place vanilla wafers into a food processor bowl and pulse until you have a fine crumb, or if you don’t a food processor, place in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl, beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add in Dulce de Leche and heavy cream. Continue mixing until well combined and smooth. Pour into cooled crust. Place in refrigerator to cool 4 hours before serving.
