Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. Stew Meat
- 4 Carrots, chopped into large pieces
- 2 Onions, cut into large pieces
- 4 Celery Stalks, cut into large pieces
- 4 Potatoes, cut into large pieces
- 1 can tomatoes
- 4 T. tapioca pudding mix
- 1 1/2 t. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. salt

Mix ingredients in Dutch Oven.
Place into 300 degree oven for 4-5 hours
