Ingredients
- 6 pork loin chops, boneless, about 1" thick
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Bold 'n Spicy mustard or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tea. dried leaf thyme, crumbled
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 5-6 medium sized potatoes, sliced about 1/4" thick
- 1 large onion, sliced

Step 1
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown pork chops on both sides. Drain off excess fat. In a 3 1/2 qt. or large slow cooker,combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, gently stirring to coat with the sauce. Place browned pork chops on top of the potato mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
