  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup of superfine sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • topping
  • pint of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 container of creme fraiche from TJs
  • berries
  • mint



Step 1

oven preheat to 275 degrees

beat egg whites until they make peaks but not firm peaks
add cup of sugar, then whip until stiff
sift cornstarch into mix, also vinegar and vanilla and fold in

put parchment on cookie sheet
bake 75 min
then turn oven off and leave in oven

whip cream
then fold in creme fraiche

berries and mint
