Cubano Bread

MY NOTES: This is EXCELLENT bread! I made it into a long baguette. Next time I'll try a round loaf. I placed a pan of boiling water in the bottom of the oven while it cooked for a crisp crust and it was indeed nice and crisp! Jack LOVED this bread!

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 scant tablespoon yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Use DOUGH CYCLE of bread machine. When done, remove dough and punch down gently. Form into baguette or free form oval or round loaf, or sandwich buns or dinner rolls. Bake at 375 degrees on bread stone.
This is a very crusty bread.
