Ingredients
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c raw unsalted cashews
- 1 c ice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 T pure maple syrup

Step 1
Place water and cashews in a blender. Cover and refrigerate until cashews have softened, at least 6 hrs and up to overnight. Add ice, banana and maple syrup and blend until smooth and frothy.
