Step 1
Combine turkey, olive oil, fajita seasoning, and 1/2 cup pico de gallo in a bowl. Heat a heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat 3 minutes. Add turkey mixture and stir-fry 10 minutes until turkey is cooked and slightly browned.
Place 1/3 cup turkey mixture in a lettuce leaf. Top with 2 tablespoons pico de gallo and 1 to 2 avocado slices. Enjoy
