Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, chopped or sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsps flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, brown meat, onions and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and Lawry's Salt Seasoning, then sprinkle flour over top. Mix and then add water to make sauce.

Cover and reduce heat, simmering until potatoes are tender and sauce
thickens - about 20 minutes.

If you have any leftover cooked vegetables in the fridge, add them!
