Ingredients
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c ice
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 t grated fresh ginger

Step 1
Place water and oats in a blender. Let soak until the oats have softened, about 15 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy.
