  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Step 1

* Cut bread into small cubes and toss with oil.

* Bake on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.

* When done, immediately remove to stainless steel bowl to cool then store airtight at room temperature.
