Ingredients

  • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) black olives, chopped & drained
  • 2 tblsp chopped basil
  • 1/2 cp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sun-dried tomato basil Wheat Thin crackers

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cream cheese (softened) garlic powder, and
half of the basil until well blended
2. Spread into bottom of 9 inch pie pan
3. Top with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olives, &
remaining basil
4. Cover & refrigerate several hours or until chilled
5. Serve chilled
