Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce or Napa cabbage
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast meat
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot or sliced red cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Cooking Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Chili Sauce
- Crispy rice noodles (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE lettuce, chicken, carrot, green onions and nuts in large bowl. Refrigerate. Combine soy sauce, oil, rice vinegar, sugar, balsamic vinegar and chili sauce in small bowl or shaker container.
JUST before serving, stir or shake dressing to combine. Pour over salad mixture and toss to coat. Serve sprinkled with rice noodles.
