  • FOR CHURCH:
  • 4 cans (14.5 oz. each) Del Monte® Stewed Tomatoes-No Salt Added, undrained
  • 3-1/2 cups College Inn® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Beef Broth
  • 1-1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 oz. dried rotini, uncooked
  • 11 cans Italian Stewed Tomatoes
  • 84 oz. beef broth
  • 4 1/2 lbs. sausage
  • 3 cups chopped onion
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 - 16 oz dried rotini, uncooked

Cooking Directions

1. Remove sausage from casing; crumble. In large heavy pot, over medium-high heat, brown sausage and onion; drain well.
2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, broth, and water; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Add rotini; simmer 15 minutes more or until pasta is tender. Serve hot.

*** When taking to church, DO NOT add pasta until we get to church. ***
