- 3 c. cut or whole mixed fruit (melon, berries, peaches, nectarines, plums, apples, pears, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, kiwi)
- 8 skewers
- 3 c. sugar free or plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 t. vanilla
- Splenda
